Hi, i have recently moved over from apple to android and wondering if anyone has any personal experience with the android beta program? Is it worth it (other than to just get 8.1).

8.1 is rolling out now. If you really want it before it's pushed to your phone then you can download the OTA zip file and sideload it via ADB.

You ever used android beta? Wondering if it is stable enough for day to day use. I like to keep uptodate with software.

The later betas are pretty much fine as daily drivers but the earlier ones aren't really.

I've run the last 2 betas and not had a problem with day to day use, during 8.1 I had a very occasional restart perhaps twice a week at the most

Don't need to use the beta. 8.1 final is out.
