Google Play App Updates - Getting Stuck

Not sure what's happening here, seems a bit odd.

As of yesterday, I've had issues with updating some apps on the play store. Some seem to update fine, and other will start to download and basically just get stuck? Normally at 99% Seems to be an issue on several phones in the house too.

Weirdly, switching to data seems to resolve the issue?

What I don't get is that nothing has changed with the network setup, if i try and download a random app from the play store, it downloads fine and installs fine?

I've tried all the usual stuff, reboot, clear play store cache etc, but that doesn't seem to have helped

Anyone else faced this at all, or got any ideas?

Aftre digging a bit more, this looks like an ISP issue i think.

3 different routers all do the same thing
When using a VPN and connecting to somewhere random in Europe - there doesn't seem to be any issues, apps install fine.

Raised the issue with the ISP, will see what they come back with.

Out of curiosity, which ISP is it? If they offer IPv6, if you disable it, does it work?

I'm with Community Fibre and sometimes I notice IPv6 playing up, not exactly the same issue as yours but sometimes certain sites/services not loading, and turning it off fixes it. Then I turn it back on after a few days when CF has it sorted.
