Google Play money?

I have money in my Google Play balance but I don't buy aps or films etc, can I use it on anything else?
Note Google Play - not Google Pay.

Thanks, I presume there is no way of transferring it to my bank? People buy me these things that I never use lol.

Google 1 subscription. With Google Opinion Rewards surveys giving me 10p-30p average I haven't paid a penny for Google 1 ever.
