Google sign in/Hide

So whenever I load up the stock browser, and Google loads (my homepage) I get a yellow bar at the top saying hide/sign-in.

Now if I sign in it disappears just like if I press hide, however if I then close down all open browser windows, then I load the browser back again, this bloody box appears again.

Does his happen for anyone else, and can I stop it from coming up (without signing out of Google/using a different browser)?
