I know there's a few tutorials on the sketch up site, but was wondering if there was any other places that have tutorial videos. I'm trying to make curved shapes specifically an aerofoil. But just can't manipulate it in a precise way, it all seems very hap hazard. I'm fine doing straight sided things.

After some playing around this is what I got to, as you can see on the left hand side I'm starting to get the hang of it
when scaling, is there anyway to make a fixed point, as you can see on both sides, segments are going up and down(middle picture), where I want them to be fixed at the bottom
