Google "Super Fan" 5% code

Hi All,
Just wondered if anyone got the rather insulting 5% off code email from Google and won't be using it?
Potential Pixel 8 purchase and that code is the only thing you can use on the current BF pricing - no student codes will stack in or anything.

Email seems to indicate it is only valid for the person who received the email - but other sources seem to indicate anyone can use it, but it is a "once only" code.
So if anyone might be able to PM me one, that would be great.
 
Bit of a joke, makes me laugh how they try to use that to shift products at 5% discount, laughed at a similar one for the pixel fold .

You know the discount will be far greater next week on Black Friday or something

The black Friday sale is already advertised. It's £100 store credit for the 8 series.

Lauch offer with the watch was the best deal. Well for those that had the foresight to sell it early anyway.

On Reddit someone posted an email they had received showing a picture of the Pixel 8 and the wording "Pixel 8 price reductions starting November 17th"
However, said poster has not confirmed:
1. It wasn't fake
2. Where exactly the email has come from (as there have been rumours or an email from Target in the US indicating a price reduction next week)
3. What country that person was from
I'll try to find the post again and see if it has been updated.

Dunno man but I have the Google email myself and it's £100 credit and nothing more.
 
Confirmed for US customers. From Friday 17th Target will be selling the Pixel 8 128GB for $549 - which is $150 off RRP.
Of course no Play credit, but I think most people would take money off over credit.
No word on the 256GB models (but probably an expectation). No word on if Google will offer the same deal directly - but obviously if not, Target will be the place to shop.

Great for US customers at least. Won't be here I don't think as the offer I mentioned runs till 28th.
