No, not more food delivery (unfortunately) - i thought I'd see what data Google had on me, so went to https://takeout.google.com/settings/takeout and downloaded my account. ~~88gb~~ (more like 500mb without google drive...)

I know so many people cry about google 'tracking' you etc, but I know I signed up for it all.. and personally, the location data is fantastic. 1.4 MILLION locations I've been tracked to. Using an easily found website, you upload your file and it plots it in google maps. Incredible to see all my foreign trips on a map.

The only thing that has scared me - it has a list of time, data and EVERY SINGLE WEBPAGE I HAVE EVER VISITED. That's a bit scary.

I'm stuck on 10Mb ADSL, so there's Bob hope of me downloading 88GB and then uploading it to another site.

Still, the location thing alone is a zip'd 370mb file

Seems to be a tiny amount excluding gmail/photos/drive.

You can disable location tracking among other things here - https://myaccount.google.com/activitycontrols

Yes, I get 498mb with only locations, my searches and chrome data

The website tracking is more than likely because you use Chrome

Mine was only 8MB. It only tracked me to one location.

You know you can just view your location history in Maps right? And it groups photos together and creates 'trips'.

I don't use chrome, send am never signed in to Google on the browsers I use, so my tracking is almost non existent.

Just go into your google account and look at 'my activity'

If you've ever used the google assistant, all of your voice recordings are saved to their serves. Quite funny listening to them back.

Plus as mentioned, google maps timeline is pretty good.

Not a lot, as I don't use Chrome, but everything from my phone! Every app I've run, every voice recording in .mp3, every place I've used my phone, etc :eek:
