Just noticed this tab in my account, it basically looks a lot like Skype, but a google version. Has anyone used it at all so far? Only just seen it so I can't say whether it's just appeared or been there for a week...

It's been around for a long time, it's main support is Jabber and AIM, no MSN support as of yet (although it can be done through a long winded and pointless jabber server)

it's nothing of any special use really.

Aye I downloaded it and thought it just to be another chat client so I uninstalled it straight away. I didn't think it was anything special!

I'm still waiting for an all in one program so that I can combine messenger with skype.
Miranda sort of does this, but you still need skype running in the background...boo...

yeah i agree with the two prevous posts i dont think its that good really. i think i will stick with messenger for now
