Google send you an install CD in the post when you buy your Internet. There should have been a leaflet included in the box with your Internet and you have to tick which search provider you want and post it off.

This is out of date. You now get asked which search provider you want after you choose which browser you need after you buy your internet. Stupid EU thing. No leaflets now though!

Did you know there is now no "G" in Gullable?

You should also check the cable that is attached to your modem/router for kinks and sharp bends because the 1's and 0's can sometimes get distorted in transit causing weird results and corrupt information.

oh ive had that happen to me before. sometimes a couple of 1s collided and i end up with 2s on my screen. quite frustrating, but a new £150 monster cable sorted it

I hope it had diamond plated connections, not these naff old tech gold ones. I heard diamond plated monster cables perform 1% better 50% of the time too.
