What do you plan on using your computer for?

Also, do you need as OS? Do you already have an optical drive you plan on using?

Video Editing / Encoding mostly, not gaming.

Also photoshop picture editing.

I also went with 2x2GB cause people have said some boards have trouble using all memory slots when using XP.

Not sure if I want vista yet or not.

Have old IDE Optical Drives.

Howq many old optical drives do you have. It only has 1 IDE slot. Also the 8600 GT is terrible card for the price performance wize as a dx9 card for the price will blow it away in performance in a game.

Not so sure with video editing. I beleive most people using big screens and video editing tend to go with ati if not gaming.

How about this card? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-158-SP&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=938

Though if you are purely doing video editing. Why not save money? could get this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-151-SP&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=938

:EDIT:

Ok then, so i switched out the case for one with a powersupply in as you dont need much juice. I changed your graphics card as you wont be gaming and this one can easly handle a big screen for design. Given you 4gb of ram to speed up the pc so its very snappy when dealing with big things. But you will needd 64bit vista or xp. Id suggest vista, or you coiuld just nock off 41 quid and pay 610 quid. But 4gb does speed up a pc a lot in vista and makes it nice.

Only 2 optical drives.

As to the case, doesnt really look too good.

Like the look of selected case, Got £800 and with the graphics swapover I will still come to at least £50.

Good enough to put towards vista if I change my mind.

Edit
Forgot to ask whats the latest time that you will get next day delivery. (When do I have to order by to get it next day)

4pm. Well the case is under the desk rember lol. I would have thought saving the money to put on other things is better.
You dont need 500w tho so you could get this psu instead: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-016-OK&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=456

Also switching motherbaords to the gigabyte saves you 10 quid. Are you going to overclock? Its very easy and you can get your q6600 from 2.4 to 3.5 but you gota sped antoehr 30 on better air cooling. Its worth it though and will speed up your decoding a lot.

If you dont want to overclock you could get a cheaper motherboard and save another 30 quid.
