Got a 1.8a Northwood and a Asrock P4VM800

Well i managed to get a 1.8a Northwood P4 (Philipines chip) and i will be using it in my little download/file server with some cheepo DDR400 memory... What do you reckon? Will it overclock? Only using a low profile Ally Aopen cooler though... I dont really need to overclock it... But where would be the fun in that...

Dont wanna kill it but its gonna get some overclocking done... Wonder if i can get it to 2.4ghz? Will make sure it runs ok at stock then will give it some...
