Got a new plasma today

If I was going for that sort of screen size I'd have definitely gone with a projector.

Looking good though, now git that sucka wall mounted & take in the ambience. ;)
 
I'll be wall mounting it later this week hopefully. There is a bit of a worry about hanging something that heavy off the wall, I might end up just getting a nice unit for it.

Not routed cables yet, I'll have time for that tomorrow.
 
Looks lovely, with that much spare cash I'd probably have gone for a Ruby + a smaller day to day screen.

The way I wall mounted my plasma was to drill four holes, fill with grip fill and inserted some heavy duty studs, leave to set completely and then mount the bracket onto the studs and tighten with nuts. My plasma is going nowhere fast

The rooms 22'x16 the screen is going to be the only thing on one of the shorter walls, means I've got to run speaker cables under the floor though :(

Can't argue with that then, hopefully Telewest will start putting something in HD on for you to watch!
