got a no POST-er

and its not the PSU for once.

no idea why it wont work, tried a 400W and 350W PSU in various configurations. changed memory.... dunno what to do really. the cpu is compatible.

its a 917gbag jetway mobo with a 2.8 celeron D. has one 512 stick of samsung ddr2 and an X700

Are you getting any error messages or just a no post (ie) any mobo beeps, do fans power up, drives light up etc.

have you checked all connectors, checked it's not shorting on something, and was the cpu from a working machine?.
