Check your motherboard manual usually those "bleeps" mean something. That possibly might only be a startup though.

Yeah that's on startup.

Thermal Paste/Grease is what you are thinking of mate. If it is the CPU overheating then you should just need a new CPU cooler, take the side off and check that the fan is spinning. It could also be the graphics card getting too hot, in which case the same principles apply.

Opened the side of the case back fans spinning& CPU fan is Spinning & Gfx is only 3mths old ATI 9250 its only games i can spend hours browsing the net with no probs?

I got this from Speedfan

Temp 1 51c

Temp 2 65c

Local 51c

Remote 68c

HD0 37c

Temp 1 65c

Fan 1 & 2 are running at 2500rpm so can anyone explain the prob now?Am i overheating somewhere?

Temp 2 is your CPU I think, and if it is 65C is too hot especially idle. I had the same problem a few days ago with my new PC and it turned out I hadnt installed the heatsink properly. I would recommend you reinstall the heatsink and make sure all of the pins have clicked properly into the mobo
