got a problem with my SD card

Hi all

I have a sandisk 32Gb micro SD card (official one)

when plug it into my adapter and into my PC (i have an sd card slot)
it came up "do u want to format" so i clicked yes

If i now look at it, i have 2 drives, 1 is 32Gb , the other requires a format ?

if i take it out of the adapter and plug it into either a sd to USB adapter OR straight into my micro SD card slot on my PC, I get no drive at all, PC dosent register it

only registers when its in the adapter

any idea ?

Is this SD card used on a phone or camera? Regardless of whichever it is plug it into the device and format it.

Note, you will lose everything on the card.

my camera dosent take micro sd cards

no wait, my dashcam does, maybe it was used in that

i formatted it today as fat32 i think

just strange, that my PC cant see it, only when i use the adapter, as i put files on it

I always run my SD cards through the official tool when they misbehave

You could have a duff card, check the warranty on it as some of the better brands have long warranties on them.

What does disk management or diskpart shpw?
