hey guys i got a pc like a month ago from ocuk, its brilliant and strong build.. the power supply is 750w seagate gold..but everytime i turn it on or sometimes it will have like a powersurge and cut off..kind of like the impression of it drainning the power because when i push the power button again it works fine..is this normal?

Are you sire its the psu. My msi gpu does that. Its a 20 second 'back spin' to get rid of dust build up.
