Got a stacker, how to install Scythe ninja rev b

i changed my lianli v1000 to an nvidia stacker. huge like xbox, but more spacious inside.
on the question now.
the case has a back exhaust fan, and a front intake.
i have installed 2 intake fanks on the side window blowing air in the space between the mobo and the hard drives.
the psu is an enermax, and has the fan at the bottom above the cpu.
how should i place the fan of the Scythe? according to the manual on the website the unguarded side brings air inside the hs.
should i put it on the other side of the heatsink,pushing the air towards the exhaust fan?
any repositioning of the fans i ve put on the side?

OMG man learn how to spell Scythe, so people can actually follow what you're on about...

After you've done that... mount the fan on the Ninja so it blows out of the back of the case or towards an exhaust fan. I wouldnt recommend blowing it into the PSU
 
still, 59c while browsing, watching dvds, on a non overclocked q6600 (first batch of them) is a bit much?
the cage with the fan and the hard drive fittings is full of drives , cabling could be better but most of it (except the sata cables) is out of the way
those are the same temps that i had on my lianli....which was more stacked
i think that the motherboard is heating up things a lot, as the heatpipe is burning hot


installed a 3rd 120mm fan blowing air inside where the heatpipe and gfx card is, and i see temps dropping by 1-2 degrees
