got a stubbon folder, Access denied!

computer starts to hang and reboot

so i took the hard drive out, put it into another PC

tried to copy the entire contents onto another hard drive, and i get access denied on a folder, so I opened the folder into a new brwoser winder, and i can not access it

any programs that file files etc ?
