Got a Webinar later and want to record it - What free software?

I have a webinar later with BT and would like to be able to record what's on my screen (audio and visual), what software would people recommend?

Looks good but dont seem to be able to record audio with it, is it possible to do this without using a mic? IE Record sound thats coming from your laptop speakers

Don't webinars usually have the option to rewatch it through the website once it's finished?

All the ones I set up had this option.

Wouldn't Fraps work for this? http://www.fraps.com/download.php

camstudio is the way to go, be sure to use the codecs too, fraps is POO for such tasks, cam studio can record all audio and you can select the field to record, + it has a VERY High Compression ratio.
