Hi
I have one of the swiftech watercooling systems. The coolant tank is fitted inside the case and I think what happened is that I was powering the machine on while changing some of the components and in that horizontal position the tank was horizontally positioned against the ground level and some air got in the system.
Any ideas on how to get rid of it? Do i have to change the coolant comepletely?

you won't need to change the coolant, take off whatever blocks you have, and unmount the rad if possible, then wiggle the parts where the bubbles are to get them into the res. if you've still got small bubbles in the loop, set everything back in the case, make sure the res is sealed, turn it on and move the case around in all directions until you dislodge them.

thanks guys
also i noticed that the coolant level dropped over 2 years. I cant really see any leaks/traces.
If I want to top it up and I don't have the original bottle any more. What do i do ?
my cooland came with the swiftech set and it's green color if that helps

correct me if i'm wrong, but i thought some of the coolant evaporated, as in my loop i can see condensation in the bayres.

iro more coolant, just get a litre from halfords, it's dirt cheap!
