got an internet buyer dispute...

hi guys -= my girlfriend brought a Nixon watch for herself off their website

the money has gone out of her account and no watch

she has called them and they are saying they dont have her order on file


what can she do about it?
 
They can login to the Protx activity account and see all payments taken, it's a totally diffrent website from their website but will hold all transaction details made. Even if their website/order system has no trace of it the Protx one will.
 
Credit card or debit card?

send scan of bank statement to company and ask them to investigate.

debit

send them the protx email receipt.

they are french and very 'un-bothered' about the whole thing
 
i think its sorted now - i called up and gave them a lot of abuse

i use protex at work so i know what the protocol is with it

i told them to go look and sure enough - they had dispatched it and deleted the record
