Hi All,

I have managed to get hold of an additional 2 monitors, and quite like the idea of being able to play bf4 over 3 of them to extend the display.

On the rear of the card I have a DVI, HDMI & 2 Display ports.

Now all 3 screens are VGA so need to get new cables, however I was wondering out of the 4 connections on the back of the card what should I be connecting to?

DVI, HDMI, DP?
HDMI, DP, DP?

Any help is much appreciated.

HI GinG,

sorry mate, not trying to hi-jack your thread but have a quick question for you.

I'm on the sae CPU as you, but struggle with a stable OC and i am a bit paranoid about voltages.

what V are you running to get stable at 5ghz?

No problem at all, just on my work laptop at moment. Will try get on later and see, I am running fairly high level of voltage mind!

Currently had to bring the overclock back to 4.8ghz, I think my motherboard is playing up a little, was running all well and good for a couple of years until a few months back.

Ouch, VGA screens :(

Is the DVI a DVI-I? In which case it's still got the analogue signal so you can do an easy DVI -> VGA with just a normal cable / one of the adaptors that used to be included in almost everything.

Not too hard to get an HDMI to VGA active adaptor apparently - they appear quite cheap, so probably preferable to two DP -> VGA adaptors which cost slightly more.

The third DP -> VGA needs an active adaptor.

An old post but maybe worth looking at: https://www.sapphireforum.com/showt...e-3-or-More-Monitors-Eyefinity-Setups-and-You

Basically you can do whatever, but probably cheapest is one of each variety :) if you'd got two DVI's then you couldn't use them both and also the HDMI but as things stand you're fine on any combo.
