Got my iPhone....Have some questions

I got my iPhone yesterday and I love it! :D I have a couple of questions though:

I use Windows Vista Ultimate x64 and use Media Player to organise my music files. All my album artwork is displayed perfectly in Media Player but in iTunes half of it is missing in all views, I've manually went through the iTunes library and asked it to download the missing album artwork which has worked for some but not for all...how do I fix it so all my albums have their artwork?

What is the best video converter to use to downsize video files for the iPhone? Most of the files I wish to play are 350MB avi's.

What is the best iPhone cover with screen protector? All the cases in the O2 shop looked rubbish.

I recommend using a screen protector, such as this one, and putting it in a foofpod case.

Take a look at the artwizz seejacket crystal on apple for a case that fully protects the screen, it allows you to still use the touchscreen through it too.

My next case :)
 
Yeah, what he said ^

iTunes wont find all the album artwork unless the album names and song names etc are correct. If you can't find some, do it manually.
