Hey guys

Probably expecting some crazy mods or fantastically bright tubed watercooling, but finally got my Lian-Li just the way I want it to look and quite chuffed so wanted to see if it gets the OcUK community seal of approval :P

And here it is...

Nice and tidy inside (ignore the ugly black cable outside and in the reflection, just my Camera cable

Bit dark I know but gives you an idea...

So yeah, basically, since I've got it I've changed the following:

- Brought a Window Panel and added the UV Cathodes
- Replaced the existing case fans with Akasa Ambers
- Stealth bayed the dvd drive
- Played around with both side panels as they weren't very good fitting , looked warped a bit, quite a few cases of that from readin on the forums
- Noise-proofed the HDD cage with a elastic bands, cheap yet effective and you cant even see it

Gave the case a real good tidy inside and now I'm really pleased with how tidy it looks, makes having a window panel really worth it, couple of wires I'd like to get rid of but unfortunatley there pretty vital lol

The fact that the DFI boards are UV reactive as well makes it look twice as good under the UV cathodes

Cheers

Any chance of a close up of how you silenced the harddrives. from the looks of things you've still screwed them in.

Ah means i gotta take it apart again lol

Yeah I'll do it now, and yeah they are still screwed in, but theres bits of elastic band underneath each corner of the cage and in between the two screws to dampen the vibrations

EDIT - this is as good as I can get the picture, I'm a bit crap with a camera :o

Hey

thanks for the comments guys, much appreciated

And for pcknight, its a PC-7+ :)

Now I've just managed this I'm fighting the urge to get a Antec 900 as they are on This Week Only, they look so good, but apparently there too plasticy. Plus, these Lian-Li's make it so easy to get a really tidy case inside, so well built :)
