Today i took a journey to an apple shop far far away to get a MacBook.

It is the Middle spec white MacBook:

2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
2GB memory
160GB hard drive1
Double-layer SuperDrive

Might Upgrade Ram + Hard Drive but I'm not sure yet, I will see how i go with what its got as it seems fast enough at the moment.

Iv very pleased as i got 12% Student Discount for studying at college meaning i got £99 off "Woo Hoo" I was under the impression i would only get the standard education discount.

Seems Faster than My Mac Mini that i have now given to my Mum as she bought me lots of software goodies for me!

Anyways here are some pics (Please Excuse the quality as its not my camera and its a bit dark in my room)

Silly me forgot to buy the Mini Dvi adapter so i cant use my 22" monitor till tomorrow now.

Gorgeous :) Also considering getting one of these soon, exactly the same spec. Plan on upgrading the RAM to 4Gb (upgrade gf's MacBook to 2Gb) and swap the hard drive for a 250Gb/320Gb. Then pop the 160Gb in a caddy :)

Enjoy!

Very nice, reminds me of the day mine was delivered. 2GB RAM is probably more than you'll ever need at the moment, I have 2GB in mine and haven't needed any more, the thing flies both in OSX and XP.
