got myself a new case and advice needed

hey all, when i got my pc built i asked for a upgarded case anyway long story short got the standard case and a refund.

Got myself this case and i thought it allows me to upgrade in the future and looks great.

anyway i have been having some cpu cooling issues and would like everyones advice on getting the best possible cooling from this case.

recommended fans, number of fans, how many fans to have as intakes/exhausts and just any tips.

2 x 120mm front intake fans, 1 x 120mm rear exhaust and 2 x 140mm top exhaust should create more than enough airflow and cooling power. it will also create a negative pressure inside the case which will help stop dust build up.

Well basically, if you have more airflow out than in via fans, there must be air (filled with dust) coming in elsewhere. otherwise the pressure in the case would drop continuously until it buckled and collapsed in on itself.

(the collapsing in on itself is an exagerration lololol)

I understand so your saying you would have three pulling air in and 2 and exhausts then?

well it depends on the component types and the case design.

if you have a non ref cooler on your gpu you may have to have the roof and rear as exhausts and live with the extra dust

if you move the rear to intake you need to buy a filter for it etc

okay so the case comes with 3 fans 1 intake on the front will get another to make that two on the front and then use the one top and one back fans as exhausts.
