Well I am in the process of making my own custom case but its going to take longer than I thought.

So instead of having all the bits gathering dust I am looking to purchase a case.

Unfortunately I have no idea - the main concern is finding a case big enough to take my CPU cooler - its a Zalman CNPS9500 - Click here

Will most cases accept this fan or am I going to struggle - dont need a PSU as I have a Zalman one.

The only aspect is that I have a X1950 Pro card but I dont think it will be difficult to find a case to fit.

Any thoughts let me know as I need to order this afternoon.

Cheers,

Matt

Well if its just temporarily then a PC-7 II? Nice case, nice price. Dotn see why the cooler wouldnt fit, unless somebody else has info stating otherwise?

Are you after something nice or just make do untill your custom case is finished?

If just a make do - the alaska zen wins - if something better the PC-7 II is so much better in person then the pictures. Personally I like the Silverstone cases - most if not all midi tower cases will fit your Zalman (especially if you don't mind cutting out a non-removable air vent)

Would like something nice but under £100 - ideally around the £50 - £75 mark.

It could be a while before the case is finished as I do not want to rush it.

I quite like the look of the Antec cases to give you an idea of what I am looking for - subtle and clean - not garish or brass.
