got vista oem, but should I upgrade 1st?

As title really, I have vista 32bit (legit) and as it is an oem I dont know wether to install it or not yet, as the oem versions have extremely ghey license rules.
I am afraid I have no idea on the latest tech as I havnt upgraded my rig (see sig) for a year now. As if I upgrade I will have to buy another vista.
What would you lot do?

Depends on whether you are changing your motherboard soon or not, your rig looks decent as it is and I am 99% sure as long as you plan to keep your motherboard you are free to upgrade everything else without breaking the licence agreement.

Correct. IF you are thinking about upgrading your mobo, don't install Vista until you have upgraded.
