Got VM cable, is my speed right?

I've got VM cable broadband and am (allegedly) on the 20mb service.

speedtest.net gives me results of



Not sure if that's the sort of thing I should be getting.
I don't download anything, so wouldn't expect to be capped.

Also which speed test sites are best to use?

No that's not a good result. Don't use speed testers, try actually downloading something from a fast source - ie. Microsoft

Speed testers rarely ever give me accurate results for my line, yet my real-world download speeds are spot on.

You being capped/managed as you're a Heavy User (this is a joke i mean)

In reality you're being capped/managed because they got too many subscribers for their services

Get used to paying for 20meg and getting 5meg or less
