Today was my first day since last summer I went out for a ride on my awesome stumpy and it was by far the best as well. I had all my kit with me including Pocket vaio with Shure E2C's, full bike kit and so on.

I had a close to death like experience. I discovered lots of new land in sheffield which I had never seen before (Such as lovely landscape and buffalo's  :D ). I went 2 wrong routes. I pulled a muscle after a mere 5 miles. I ran into sludgy mud and poo by accident. Weather was lovely. Workout was good. I enjoyed it

I seriously can't wait to do some more (Thought i'd never be this excited! ) :D

Two things I don't like there,
1. Even on single track your hearing is important, using canalphones is going to block external sounds, so I would recommend using something that doesn't block out all outside sounds.
2. The phones and the player are expensive, both can get damaged (the player moreso) so it's better to have cheap phones and a flash mp3 player.

Unfortunately no other ear phones stay in as good, not even the Sony EX71's.

Indeed they are expensive, it's why i keep them in my backpack along with my mp3 player which has the remote wire coming out, that is usually clipped to my pocket.

Shortcut from Tinsley, into Brinsworth which trotts off into Darnall. Darnall woodlands into handsworth and I have no idea about the other spots! Then canal route from Darnall into Tinsley.

I did 21.84 Miles today. I'm seriously shattered/Tired. My body is aching!!!

I was going to go further but I had to do a U-turn in some woods, my stomach was giving up on me, regardless to say I ate so much when I returned!

I managed to pop my tire and the cut went through both sides of the inner tube. Luckily I was close to college and good job I had some glueless patches and a presta end mini pump! :D

I also fell down when the gear slipped :\. Grazed the palm of my hand.

Here are is a pic a captured from my phone on one of the spots I was at:
