I really enjoyed Gousto when sharing the meals, however is there anything similar but serves for one? I've seen very few, but wanted to know if there were any recommendations?

I was trying to find the same thing for my Mum but couldn't. Only advice is as above, save the second half, or eat it up for lunch and dinner. Or stick to the lower calorie meals and have it in one.

Pasta Evangelists do single portions. My wife thought she would try them and I’ve got to say they taste pretty good, I prefer the ragu types to anything else. You don’t have to subscribe but can buy ad hoc if you want.

Why can't you just eat half one day and the other half the next ?

I saw an advert the other day for a company called Parsleybox that specialise in ready meals for older folk.

This woman had loads of different ready meals like hotpot and cottage pie and was putting them in the cupboard!

What is it made out of if it can be stored in the bloody cupboard and not the fridge?

That was actually meant for dlockers lol!

Must come from the same factory as the ready meals and all-day breakfasts you get in police custody centres, they've got a suspiciously long shelf life and are just stored at ambient temperature too.
