Anyone suffer from this?

I'm 36 and I had a few attacks of it about 5 years ago, within the space of about 3 months, then literally nothing until yesterday morning.

I have lost some weight, 15 stone down to 12 and a half since the last time, and I haven't particularly eaten a load of rubbish so came out of the blue a bit.

Man I forgot how painful it is, anyone who's had it will know what I'm talking about.

Anyone got any tips for helping, what not to eat etc, other then the obvious don't indulge on rich food and drink too much.

Currently drinking plenty of water and I only had a light vegetarian risotto yesterday, going to have s salad today.

What's your boozing like, my dude?

Admittedly this is probably my downfall, I do drink more than I should.

But.... I didn't drink much last week other than Friday night with that kebab, must have been enough to trigger it.

It's getting a lot better this afternoon thankfully, still sore but I can more less put weight on it.
