I'm slowly learning how this gov works. This idea is set in stone, mark my words. They're just doing it slowly hoping we don't go all French and burn no. 10 to the ground, like we really ought to.

Am I right in thinking they’re standardising the years? So at the moment there’s a difference to cars pre 2017 and they’re scrapping that?

as long as they dont put my car from £290 to over £430 !
