Government to limit certain tv viewing

Err I said they're going to do this about 5 years ago.

Data mining from people's viewing habits has been going on for decades! It happens on YouTube already, and some porn websites have been doing it for internal service improvement purposes. Now that the government wants its mitts on such data you can bet the underlying agenda is to further enslave humanity. Things like where you pause, how long you pause for, bits you replay, where you're looking on the screen and how hard you're looking at it, the noise you make when ejaculating, the scope of data collection really is endless.

It was inevitable that the government would want to expand their data mining to the porn sector since it's a pretty accurate EPSIS which can be used to cross reference with data collected from other EPSIS such as Facebook, YouTube, etc. in order to improve the accuracy of structured predictions and pattern recognition in machine learning.

If the government want me to confirm with them that I'm old enough to varnish the flagpole, then I'll be phoning up May herself and the old bint can watch.

Actually, your age is of no concern, and it is worrying that you think 18 is old enough to varnish your flagpole, what's wrong with a 17 year old varnishing his flagpole!??? And I'm sure May herself as well as the entire government used to do it when they were 14 so The entire Government is basically a bunch of hypocrites already. The agenda here is unique data collection, not age verification lmao. It's just being done under the guise of "safety" as with most other governmental enslavement mandates.

If they could legally/ethically/morally mine data from the porn viewing habits of a 16 year old they would absolutely love to.

Nonsense. There really isn't enough tinfoil in production.

Electronic psycho-social information source.

OK, being absolutely fair here, the only part of that post which is fair to say is nonsense is the following:

"Now that the government wants its mitts on such data you can bet the underlying agenda is to further enslave humanity."

And also where I said it's been going on for "decades" well obviously YouTube hasn't even been around for decades but data mining, knowledge discovery, machine learning and all these aspects of computer science have been around since well before YouTube, FB etc..

I would appreciate if you could elaborate on anything specific I mentioned. I mean are you denying that data mining exists? I'm not too sure. I really don't see anything "tin-foil" about that post.

Ahh fair enough. Never heard of that before.

The only thing I'd argue is those kind of analytics are only going to be useful to companies that actually produce the porn (bar the noise and where you look ones. Unless you have a webcam/have given the browser access to it it's not something they can realistically collect and the former they probably don't want :D).

The sites that would use such analytics are already verifying age and I would imagine since they take credit cards you're already tracked on those.

This law appear to be aimed at the aggregator sites that don't require credit cards. They wouldn't need such analytics as it wouldn't make them any more profitable.
