I know we all love pizza and no one more than my wife. She's got her eyes on the Gozney Roccbox pizza oven but was wondering if anyone had experienced one?

I have one. I love it a lot as can be seen here and here.

They've just dropped the price to £399 and taken out the wood burner attachment which makes it an even better deal because that attachment is 100% not worth the effort.

They look great! They thing putting us off is the size, you can get more space in the Uuni and they just released their fyra for pre order and that comes out cheaper as well by a fair whack.

Wood pellets are expensive, and the constant need to top up when you're trying to bake a few pizzas would get annoying. You cannot taste any wood flavour at 430c anyway.

Gas is so, so much easier. It uses about 250-300gr/hour so a bottle lasts forever.

Hmm, good to know that.. I had been considering an ooni on and off and gas sounds like a more cost effective approach!
