Gfx look awesome cant wait to give this a bash and just found a site that has it for download and not rapidshare i reckon i will buy one of them wireless gaming receivers for my pc so i can use the 360 wheel

Definately Geoff Crammonds GP4 with the mods, awesome game, anyone know how to get it to work on my GTS as i may dig it out again, did try it when i got my GTS but it wouldn't work, and aint played it for years.

Think you'll need to find an auction site then. Its quite hard to find any shops/online shops that sell GP4 nowadays.

Iv just downloaded the 06 and 07 updates, but I cant figure how to install 06? its just a TUP file, what do I do with that?

here are the instructions.

Now call me dumb but what there telling me i dont know how to do...apart from extract it


INSTALLATION

Unpack the '2006Mod.rar' and '2006Mod_Trackpack.rar' files
with Winrar (www.rarlab.com)

Not to worry...a little more research and there are tools on the website to for all that.

Click on the 'File' menu
Choose 'Install carset/update'
Browse to where you unpacked the '2006Mod.cuh' file and select it
Installation may take a few minutes

Click on the 'Tasks' menu
Choose 'Install track'
Browse to where you unpacked the '2006Mod_Trackpack.tup' file and select it
Installation may take a few minutes
(Installation will install the tracks in the correct folders, and may

Also where is your .cuh file? There should be one somewhere.

u need ZaZ Tools here as you want csm and tsm http://www.gp4db.com/index.php?category=misc&section=Tools and make sure you install on clean install and in right order.

Includes:
- CSM 1.26 Beta
- TSM

also you need GPxPatch here http://www.gp4db.com/index.php?category=misc&section=Tools

and Decrypted exe here http://www.gp4db.com/index.php?category=misc&section=Tools

and dont forget to patch 1st ftp://ftp.download-center.com/pub/download/core/grandprix/gp4/GP4_patch.exe

1 install gp4 succesfull
2 install gp4 patch succesfull
3 replace gp4.exe for decrypted(no cd) gp4.exe for version 1.02(9.6)
4 unzip the toolpack.
5 update it
6 download gpxpatch
7 install gpxpatch
8 open csm
9 file> install carset/update
10 open 2006 mod choose name for it and it will install 2006mod.
11 go to mod configurables and choose the options of your choice
12 start it and play

There should be a tick box in GPXpatch, to fix that problem.

I used to play F1C 99-02 using the RH2004/05 mods but i moved on to rFactor with FSONE and Proftr1 and its muuuuuch better in terms of graphics and realism. More players online as well. Take a look at some screens i posted a while back:
