hi mate you need the 2006 mod and then the 2007 mod thing, just download all three files from here ok, any problems go to there forum ok

Can't download anything from there, just getting a blank page with "not available" in the top left.
Do I need to register anywhere or something? Is there a mirror anywhere I could use?

**** i need to get a faster gfx card i am playing on a A64 x2 @ 2.5ghz , 1 gb of ram and x1950 pro and with the setting on high ( not the best) 1024 x 768 i got a fps of 11 in the test 
, by friday i will have my new pc built E6600- clocked , 2 gb ram with the x1950 pro but i cant see that being much better .

Is this for GP4 Mlingard? Its mainly a CPU game I think. But it isn't multi-core capable. Unless you use GPxPatch perhaps. http://www.xs4all.nl/~rsdi/gpxpatch.html
Yes that is for GP4 , i guess the high res textures demand a lot more from the pc .
The Geoff Crammond GP games have always been the far superior Formula 1 titles, mainly because it was a lot more realistic and simulation like (aka Gran Turismo) than arcade like.
Also with regards to GP4, the sheer number of mods u can get is fantastic, and there is always a strong fanbase bringing out new ones for each new season.

Well I've managed to get the decrypted exe, the 2006 and 2007 updates from Gp4Italia (had to register) but I can not get anything to download from GP4DB, which is the only place I can find the ZAZ tools for download.
(Tried IE7, Firefox, Kaspersky on, Kaspersky off....all sorts!)
Could someone email me that (in trust) or does anyone have a mirror they know of?

When I click on the download button on GP4DB, it opens a page with just the words "not available" in the top left. Black text, white page. Other than that wording it's completely empty. The URL does refer to the file though, so I've no idea what it's doing. tried FTP'ing it as well, but it doesn't accept anonymous connections.

The grandprix.com just says the downloads are available from GP4DB or GP4Italia (but GP4Italia doesn't host the Zaz tool, it's hosted at, yes you guessed, GP4DB!)
The others look more promising though.

OK. I'll see if I can work out what it is. Is your browser set to accept cookies? Let me know what you want. I might have it on my PC. I'm a member of the GPG site and although I've not played it for ages I still have a lot of the stuff hoarded away somewhere in case I wanted to play the game again and the sites were down etc.
