Hi

I want to set a policy that will lock a users workstation at a set period of inactivity. However when they are logged onto a Terminal Server session I don't want the policy to apply

Can anyone help point me in the right direction or even if it is possible?

Cheers

As skiprat said. Ensure your TS objects are in their own ou, and configure loop back processing in a policy applied to that OU.

May need to plan in additional changes, dependant on which loop back mode you select.

Replace is what I usually use, as this blocks all other policies outside of the ou to anyone who logs on. With this though, you need to ensure you configure all your user gpo settings to apply to the TS ou too, as only those will be applied to users logging on to the TS environment.
