GPO to Force InPrivate Browsing in IE8/11

Hi all,

I support ~400 public access PCs. Currently, they're on XP but are soon to be migrated to 7. Because they're public use and using third party booking system, they use the same AD user profile. Logon/Logoff scripts are in place to remove history, cookies and other session data, but I've suggested to improve logon/logoff time, why don't we simply instead ditch the .vbs scripts and use InPrivate Browsing? Is this a good idea?

Now, I can't see a GPO setting that can enforce this? I've already achieved this using an ADMX file for Chrome to force incognito mode (previously we had the policies set to stop history being logged, but chrome was crashing on windows logoff ("It's dead jim!") and subsequent users were able to restore the session).

I know it can be done using the 'private switch on the executable/shortcut, but I'd rather do it via a GPO for administration purposes.
Server is 2012R2.

TLDR:
Is forcing InPrivate Browsing in IE11 a) a good idea, and b) can it be done via GP?

Thanks!
