GPS Help - PDA

Got myself a PDA with GPS. Got sent a card off a member hear as he couldnt get it working with his. Not sure if it works with mile Its a COmpact Flash GlobalSat card. Using the standard software it gets a signal great. However, using tom tom 5 i cant pick up a signal. Any ideas? Wont even find the card? Help1
