GPU 350-390 budget

Hey chaps,

I'm looking to replace my broken graphics card, that OCUK have kindly given me back some of the value on, what would you recommend, the best bang for bucks, would prefer to spend less rather than more, but if the differences are substantial will pay the extra money.
I am coming from a broken PowerColor Radeon RX 580 Red Devil Golden
only make I probably won't buy again is powercolor, not impressed that a fan would split on a low usage card.

Gibbo posted some lock down offer gpus a little while ago might be worth looking there

cheers found it, not much in it price wise between the 2060 and the 5700 or performance.
I'll do some reading up and get something ordered.
