GPU advice for dual 4K monitors

GPU noob here, I have ordered 2x Dell S2722QC monitors (not yet arrived) and I’m looking for a suitable GPU to run each monitor at full resolution (3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz).

Currently I have 2x 24” Full HD monitors connected to a GeForce GT 1030, these are connected to the DP port via MST leaving one HDMI port spare.

The new 27” monitor/s has 2x HDMI ports and 1x USB-C upstream/DisplayPort Alt Mode so MST is not an option and I doubt connecting the new monitors to the GT 1030 using one of each port will work @60Hz, especially video playback.

Hmm, would adding another GT 1030 card achieve this? or would I be better off with a new better card?

Ideally, I would prefer to use the DisplayPort Alt ports from the monitor, this would mean I would need to purchase two Bi-Directional USB-C to DisplayPort cables, but I do not see many GPU’s with dual Display ports.
Having searched internet for similar issue I came across various posts advising old Quadro NV400 or GeForce GT 730, however the problem with both is when you connect the 2nd monitor the frequency drops to 30Hz.

I have no interest in playing games on my PC but would be prepared to spend upto £200 pounds on something that could achieve full res @60Hz, my setup consists of a MSI MAG B550 board, Ryzen 5 5600X, 750W PSU and 16Gb RAM.

Any help would be most appreciated.
