GPU advice

Is that APU new or have you had it for some time now? I wouldn't go for an APU with discreet graphics because when the iGPU on the APU isn't being used then the CPU performance is very average. But otherwise, yes I'd get a 660.
 
Faster, very slightly more expensive. It uses a considerable amount more power though, but for the minimal amount of outlay I'd go for the 660. The 750Ti uses the new, incredibly power efficient Maxwell architecture but overall is slower.

what would be best upgrade for my system?

corsair 650w modular, i5 2500k, 8gb ram, msi gtx 460 1gb
