GPU Advice

I'm looking for a GPU for a new box I'm putting together, I want the best money no object GPU with the following...

4x PCI Express slot or standard old PCI slot.
no bigger or around 205mm x 105mm in size.
Bluray 7.1 HDMI support.
Fanless.
No external power

any ideas?

If you cut the end of the slot with a dremel you can get a pcie x16 card in a x4 slot. Many slots are open ended.

As long as there aren't caps or similar in the way it's easy.

I've thought about cutting the slot as there are no restrictions apart from the 205mm wide x 105mm high, and also can only fit a single back plane slot so single height only.
