GPU and HDD upgrade

Hello people !
I need a little advice on what to buy
this is my spec:

cpu - intel core i5 3570k 3.40ghz @ 4.40ghz ivy bridge cpu
motherboard - GIGABYTE - Socket 1155 - GA-Z77-D3H
ram - 8gb ddr3 1600mhz dual channel
psu - ocz zs series 550w
gpu - amd radeon HD 5850
hdd - really old 200gb hard drive from del pc

So i dont really know which gpu and hdd i should choose ;/ i need it bassicaly for battlefield 4 and incoming watch dogs game.
I prefer amd gpu and my budget is about £300/£350 max for gpu and hdd (i prefer speed over size so even 500gb would be ok as long as its fast)

AMD R9 290 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
