GPU and PSU

Good evening fellas, I'm looking to spec a friend a gpu and psu to go with his fx 6300 six core processor his budget is around £200 I was going to recommend a r9 270x with a good branded psu what are your thoughts?

Why not Powercolour? They have a special deal with OCUK with regards to warranty and you can even change coolers without invalidating the warranty. See here for details.
