GPU Benchmark

If we look at http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html the 7990 is on par with the 7970..? How come?

Sorry if it's a noobish question but I usually look at the PassMark score vs price and see what's good for the money

Have a look through that one, I doubt they are on par at all, unless one of the GPU cores was not used.

From the looks of things, it looks like PassMark doesn't support multi GPU configurations. AnandTech is good but I'm pretty sure those scores are based off older drivers, there's been quite a few drivers that gave the 7000 series a good performance bump

Always the case with benchmarks though, new drivers come out and the benchmarks are never re-run. Gives a rough estimation though.

What is the latest drivers for the 7000 series cards ?

don't know what im using at the moment as im on my laptop at work, will have to check when i get home.
