Hi guys, recently I had a look at my GTX 670 DirectCU II card and noticed it's bent quite a bit in the PC case. Right now I've used a ruler to prop it up but I'm not counting on that lasting long, anyone care to share how/if they prop up their cards?

Cheers!

Not something I would worry about but if you feel uneasy with it bending, the above posters link will fit the bill nicely :)

I use a "PowerColor Graphics Card Power Jack" as the OP said. When i first got my GPU i was worried about the bending myself

you can also use some zip ties to support it,or use the pcie cables from your psu, pull them slightly so it takes the sag out of the gpu

This has happened to my 670gtx very slightly from the weight of a waterblock. But I have a 5-6 year old Abit motherboard which has bent about 10 degrees (mostly due to heat) and still works and is used every day :D

If bending happens naturally it should be ok, just don't try to bend it back or it will crack.

Thanks for the advice guys. I'm hoping my 670 will last another year at least so I've placed an order for one of the PowerColor jacks to prop it up. Will give me some piece of mind at least!
