GPU clocking - weird results

I have two HIS IceQ Boost 7950s on water in crossfire and I followed this AMD guide.

Now, at stock (925 MHz) I am getting a better score in Valley Benchmark than with a core clock of 1125
Cards don't seem to like voltage increase either.

In MSI Afterburner I have ticked the box to sync settings for similar graphics processors - should I not do this and set each card individually?

One or both of the cards are probably less stable at 1125, so benchmarks are showing lower scores due to more errors. If i were you, i would clock them one at a time to find their sweet spot.
