looking for the website where you can select 2 different cards and it shows you a comparison of them both using game benchmarks and other programs.

Yeh I occasionally look at the passmark benchmarks. Only issue is it's based on average sample counts, which vary and have been benched on a variety of different builds, which may or may not have bottlenecks, giving inaccurate results. The anandtech bench is best as it's all done in a controlled environment, but I believe the last entry was the 460s

Would be great if they kept it up to date as it's a very good reference.
